"SolKind" (also "we", "us", "our") refers to the company operating the ApproveFlow product and solkind.in website.

"ApproveFlow" refers to the budget approval workflow product developed and licensed by SolKind.

"Client" refers to any organization or individual that licenses ApproveFlow.

"User" or "you" refers to any individual accessing our website or using our product.

You agree not to use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks, interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality, or reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the website without our express written permission.

3. Product Licensing

ApproveFlow is offered under a one-time source-code license. The specific terms of the product license — including scope of use, deployment rights, modification rights, and support terms — are governed by a separate Software License Agreement executed between SolKind and the Client. These Terms of Service govern website use and general interactions only.

4. Demo Bookings

When you book a demo through our website, you agree to provide accurate contact and company information. Demo scheduling is subject to availability and is arranged through Google Calendar or email coordination. SolKind reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a demo at any time with reasonable notice. Information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the SolKind website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design elements, code, and the ApproveFlow product itself — is the property of SolKind and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our website or product without prior written consent.

The SolKind name, logo, and ApproveFlow brand are trademarks of SolKind. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

6. Data and Self-Hosting

ApproveFlow is deployed on the Client's own infrastructure. The Client is solely responsible for the security, backup, and compliance of data stored within their ApproveFlow deployment. SolKind does not access, host, or process any Client operational data (approval workflows, budget data, audit trails, etc.) unless explicitly engaged for support under a separate agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The SolKind website and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the website content. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolKind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website, any errors or omissions in website content, or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SolKind in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.
